Pilates, Barre and Act Creation

In Term 3 all booked beauties will be mailed a theraband you can use for classes and keep!

Charley Rose has taught Pilates and other movement based forms of dance, connection and expression for twenty years. In this class Charley Rose shares her love for Pilates while taking the class through a Body Flow workout followed by her favourite Pilates strength and flexibility exercises.
